Strategic Vision

Nyunnga Ku Strategic Vision 2025–2028

The Nyunnga Ku Strategic Vision 2025–2028 sets out the organisation's direction for the next three years — from its newly incorporated status as an ORIC registered Not-For-Profit through to the full operation of the Regional Community Collective Hub.

The vision is built on six strategic pillars: cultural integrity and community wellbeing, economic empowerment and enterprise, health and social services, education and STEM, environmental stewardship, and governance and organisational capability.

Across these pillars, the Strategic Vision outlines specific programs, partnerships, milestones, and outcomes — providing a clear roadmap for how Nyunnga Ku will grow from a small community organisation into a sustainable, community-owned institution that serves the Northern Goldfields for generations.
